Multitenancy is currently only available for certain users and settings.
Onum allows multiple Tenants to keep data collected in different domains within the same cloud or on-premise installation. A Tenant is a domain that contains a set of data in your organization. You can segregate data for security purposes, or share data across multiple tenants for ultimate visibility.
You can use one or various tenants and grant access to as many as required.
The default Tenant will be the one you opened most recently.
You can see which Tenant you are in using the icon at the top of the sidebar.
Click it to see all the Tenants you have access to.
When you select the Tenant icon, you will see the Name and Role you hold in the Current Tenant you have open, as well as a list of all the Tenants you have access to.
Simply click a Tenant in the list to open it. Any information and activity from now on will be specific to this Tenant.
To automatically enter in a certain Tenant upon log in, use the Default Tenant functionality. Select ellipses of the Tenant in the list ahd choose Set as default tenant.
See the default Tenant icon in the list.
