To Decimal
Description
This operation converts a text string into its ordinal integer decimal representation. Each character in the input string is transformed into its corresponding ASCII or Unicode decimal value. The resulting decimal values are joined using a configurable delimiter. This operation is useful for encoding text into decimal format for applications such as data transmission, cryptography, or educational purposes.
If a delimiter is provided, the decimal values will be separated by it. If no delimiter is specified, the values will be concatenated without separating.
